When will the apartments of your new project be ready?
Construction work began in 2024. The completion of the building is planned for spring 2026, and by the end of 2026 the complex will receive its final occupancy certificate.

The complex will provide 24/7 security, cleanliness, concierge service, and maintenance support. Elevators will be maintained regularly to ensure both cleanliness and technical reliability. Can I purchase an apartment with installment payments?
Yes, we offer a flexible installment system with 1-, 3-, and 5-year payment plans. Buyers using this option also receive special discounts and personalized terms.
Will the apartments be delivered with finishing?
The apartments are handed over in semi-finished condition (basic construction stage): with grounding and electrical wiring installed, wall plastering completed, heating system mounted, and entrance doors and windows installed. Final interior finishing (renovation) is not included in the base package. However, upon request, buyers can choose a “turnkey finishing” option, with custom materials and interior design.
